Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Cybersecurity Product Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the sales process for our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their security needs and recommend products that offer the best protection against cyber threats. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with enterprises, government agencies, and small and medium-sized businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of our cybersecurity products clearly and effectively, demonstrating how our solutions meet or exceed specific customer security requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business models and strategic objectives to propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Navigate through the sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, using CRM tools to track progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately address customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on market needs and customer feedback to guide future product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or related technology fields.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend conferences, and promote the product line.

Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for our range of products and services across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs and offering solutions that add value.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to strategically position our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security products and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
